PerMIT-TETRAPOL quality measurement system
Measuring the coverage quality in operational TETRAPOL networks.
PerMIT-TETRAPOL is a system for the mobile measurement of the supply quality in operational Tetrapol networks. No specific terminal devices are required for measurement, which is carried out on the signalling channel. This means that it is not necessary to log on to the network and there is also no load on the network. In addition to the reception level, the system also records the bit error rate on the radio channel and a pulse response in order to obtain a well-founded quality evaluation. The system is designed for the FSP or ESPI receivers from Rohde & Schwarz and runs on a conventional Windows PC. All common GPS formats are supported.
